It is the harvest period! This long-awaited moment, the result of a year of work in the vines. We start the day at 4am as it is cooler and because handling the grappes is also easier at night. Always in search of quality, the night harvest facilitates the arrival in the cellar of berries at a cooler temperature compared to the heat during the day. We wish the bests of harvests to all our Winegrower friends!
